Ms Helen Weir

Helen leads the administrative, professional and corporate services within the Faculty and is accountable to the Executive Dean and the University's Chief Operating Officer for devolved operations, including strategic and operational planning, facilities, financial, human and ICT management, academic and student administration, alumni, engagement, marketing, recruitment and international, research support and research stations, and the UQ Gatton Campus. 

She provides leadership for more than 500 professional and technical staff and manages a budget of $AUD340 million in support of teaching, learning, research and service delivery.
