Shae works with Faculty leadership, staff, students and communities to strengthen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander engagement, representation and success across the Faculty of Science. She leads initiatives that advance reconciliation, build cultural capability, support Indigenous employment and student outcomes, and develop meaningful partnerships that align the Faculty's teaching, research and community engagement with UQ's Indigenous priorities and strategy.
