Applications for the 2018 UQ Faculty of Science Awards for Excellence in Teaching & Learning are open.
The annual awards recognise and reward individuals and small teams who make a significant contribution to the outstanding Teaching & Learning achievements in the Faculty, as judged by the Teaching & Learning Committee.
Award categories
Nominations from academics and students are welcome, and you can nominate yourself.
You can nominate a colleague or team in two categories:
UQ Faculty of Science Award for Teaching Excellence
Up to four awards will be given for individual teaching excellence. Each winner will receive a certificate and a grant of $5000.
UQ Faculty of Science Award for a Program that Enhances Learning
One award will be given for a team (comprising at least two staff members) that leads a program or service that makes an outstanding contribution to the quality of student learning and the student experience. Winners will receive a certificate and grant of $10,000 for the team.

Applications close at 5pm on Wednesday 5 September 2018.
