Dr Gurion Ang and Professor Ulrike Kappler are among those recognised in this year's awards for Teaching Excellence.
Dr Ang received an Award for Teaching Excellence, in recognition of his ability as an ecologist to turn his classroom into an interconnected learning ecosystem. He specialises in teaching ecology, zoology, and science communication.
Professor Kappler received a Commendation for Teaching Excellence in recognition of her continued leadership in science education. She is renowned for her innovative, research-driven approaches that foster critical reasoning and the development of workplace-relevant skills in students.
